Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with global fashion/luxury brands and clients to deliver high-quality designs that exceed expectations.
  • Design Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design to create visually appealing products.
  • Staying Updated: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest design software to drive innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience working with global fashion/luxury brands or a related field.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CAD & Coreldraw.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated extensive ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
  • Technical know-how: Strong understanding of leather materials, hardware, trims, and construction techniques.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and solve design problems, and to analyze design performance.
