We are seeking a skilled Client Servicing Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional service to our clients.

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with clients on a regular basis through phone calls, emails or meetings. You will understand their requirements, respond quickly to their needs in a timely and professional manner. You will also conduct ideation meetings with the internal team and clients to provide the best possible options. Additionally, you will coordinate with the creative team for ongoing work, proofread and cross-check assignments before sending them to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from any discipline, with specific degrees such as MBA in Marketing or Advertising and Communications or Media being an added advantage. You should have 2-4 years of client servicing experience in an advertising agency, preferably in a work-from-office role. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energy and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets. You will also have an urge to think out of the box and eagerness to learn new things, along with the ability to work as a team member. Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness, and strong analytical skills with updated knowledge of the field are essential qualities for this role.
