Job Overview

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily plant operations, managing resources, and driving productivity and yield improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure knowledge and adherence to relevant GMP, 5S, CIP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Management: Allocate resources effectively to optimize costs and improve budget performance.
  • Manpower Planning: Develop and implement strategies for efficient manpower utilization and MIS reporting.
  • Production Targeting: Achieve targeted production as per production plans while maintaining quality standards.
  • Process Development: Drive process improvements and controlling techniques, collaborating with team leaders to achieve optimal results.
  • Safety Culture: Implement and promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
  • Shift Supervision: Oversee and control plant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring timely completion of tasks and minimizing downtime.
  • Productivity Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase productivity and yield.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support the organization's goals.
