Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive product operations professional to join our on-site team in IT Park, Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day product operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring smooth execution of both tactical tasks and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.
- Support the execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Organize and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with project and product management tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
