Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives across business and IT. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of project management experience with strong leadership and communication skills.

The role requires excellent stakeholder management, the ability to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Lead project planning, scoping, and execution for various business and IT initiatives.
  • Define project goals, success criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Organize and lead steering committee meetings and project status updates.
  • Track budget, resource allocation, and project performance metrics.
  • Maintain and share project documentation with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and systems integrations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
