Job Title: Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive enterprise-wide growth.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing key strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively across functions, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive key enterprise-wide initiatives, including business planning, change management, and project management.
  • Identify key strategic issues facing the organization and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute key enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders.
  • Forecast strategic and operational variables, simulate, and create best-fit plans based on market profiles.
  • Monitor metrics relevant to strategic planning and manage periodical reporting of strategy performance.

Requirements:

  • Full-time MBA (preferably from tiered B-school) / CA.
  • Minimum 3 years PQE in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Strong understanding of data management and collection, modeling, and interpretation across complex data sets.
  • Strategic, analytical, statistical, and optimization background.
  • Lateral thinker with excellent presentation skills.
