Job Title: Technical Network Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Network Architect to lead our team of network engineers.

 

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud network infrastructure, including physical and software-defined networks. They will work closely with our team to ensure high availability, flexibility, and network performance, while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Work closely with the team to identify and resolve issues, and to develop and implement process improvements.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data center networks, including L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and wireless networking.
  • Strong fundamentals and understanding of WAN and routing technologies, security technologies, switching, and quality of service (QoS) concepts.
  • Experience with network monitoring protocols and tools, such as SNMP, NetFlow, and Zabbix.
  • Familiarity with SDN technologies, preferably hands-on experience with VMware NSX, Juniper Contrail/Tungsten, or Arista.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly narrow down and resolve complex network issues.
  • A strong motivation to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with emerging trends.
