Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in data center networking, including 1-3 years in Software Defined Networking (SDN) specifically in private cloud & virtualization domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, maintain, and manage Cloud Network Infrastructure, including physical and SDN network frameworks.
  • Ensure high availability, flexibility, and network performance, maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation, collaborating with clients and team members on daily changes, incidents, and requests.
  • Lead a team of Network Engineers, providing technical guidance, evaluating performance, and offering feedback to the team and HR.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and trends, identifying risks, business impacts, and suggesting recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver solution presentations or technical proposals for cloud network infrastructure.
  • Manage and deliver technical validation activities, including Proof of Concept.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 80% technical and 20% managerial capabilities with hands-on expertise and mentorship.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks, L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and wireless devices.
  • Strong understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, Security technologies, Switching, QoS, Network monitoring Protocols & Tools, and SDN Technologies.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, project management abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 4 people in this role.
