Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and products.

Responsibilities
  1. Designing and developing new mechanical components and products, with a focus on quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Managing assigned mechanical design projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  3. Performing day-to-day CAD activities, including 3D and 2D design, documentation, and review.
  4. Conducting periodic design reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  5. Reviewing and analyzing solutions to achieve the best outcome for performance, cost, and schedule.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  2. 8+ years of industry experience in product design development, or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
  3. Hands-on experience in designing electromechanical products.
  4. Good exposure to UL/IEC and related standards.
  5. Experience in testing against international standards is desirable.
Preferred Skills
  1. Expertise in SolidWorks and EPDM.
  2. Familiarity with other CAD packages.
  3. Knowledge of CAE tools and Design for Manufacture (DFM).
  4. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
