Job Description

We provide counseling services to medical professionals, including MBBS and nurses, to help them grow in their field and achieve financial growth. Our goal is to reach a wider audience of medical specialists through inside sales. The primary role of this position involves calling doctors and updating the CRM on a daily basis.

  • Make outbound calls to 150+ doctors on a regular basis.
  • Update the pipeline for every week to track progress.
  • Follow a predetermined call flow to ensure consistency.
  • Implement a sales strategy that focuses on cold leads and follow-up with hot prospects.
  • Provide accurate information to doctors who wish to enroll in our programs.
  • Offer certificates and advanced certificates in AYUSH, BHMS, BAMS, NURSES, and MEDICAL SPECIALITIES, as well as contact programs, mechanic, and non-invasive simulation training courses for MBBS and Super specialists.
  • Once a prospect is secured, offer EMI with 0% interest or one-time payment with 10% for any course they wish to enroll.
  • Provide ongoing support to students throughout their academic year if they face any challenges.
  • Courses offered include Cardiology, Pediatrics, Internal medicine, family medicine, telemedicine, and critical care medicine.
