Identity and Access Management Expert

At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert to lead our projects related to identity and access management. About the Role:

  • Engage in and contribute to various IAM projects utilizing Forgerock technology
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team, share responsibilities, provide support, maintain open communication, and keep senior team members informed about progress
  • Execute engagement requirements while ensuring junior team members review your work
  • Help create reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other interested parties
  • Develop and sustain productive working relationships with client personnel
  • Build strong internal connections within our consulting services and with other departments across the organization
  • Assist senior team members in performance reviews and contribute to feedback for junior-level team members
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at recruiting and retaining professionals in the IAM field
  • Maintain an ongoing educational program to continually develop personal skills
  • Understand and adhere to workplace policies and procedures
  • Lead by example and foster teamwork

Requirements and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Forgerock OpenAM, OpenDS, and OpenIDM
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation of Identity and Access Management using Forgerock OpenAM
  • Strong understanding of access management fundamentals like authentication and authorization
  • Capability to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Good grasp of information security concepts and standards
  • Hands-on experience with Core Java development and debugging
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/Groovy scripting and its application in custom scripts for OpenAM
  • Familiarity with application servers such as Tomcat and WebLogic
  • Hands-on experience in setting up Forgerock OpenAM, OpenDS, and OpenIDM environments in standalone and cluster setups
  • Ability to dissect complex problems and design modular, scalable solutions
  • Good soft skills including verbal & written communication and technical document writing
