Delivering Results as an E-commerce Operations Manager

About the Role
  • We are seeking a detail-driven professional to oversee daily operations across e-commerce platforms for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand.
  • This role will involve working with cross-functional teams to drive growth by leveraging experience in e-commerce workflows, catalog/content management, inventory planning, and operational excellence.
  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Seller Central, ensuring accurate content and compliance with platform policies.
  • Manage FBA and FBM workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.
  • Monitor and improve account health metrics – Buy Box share, cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.
  • Protect brand presence: handle hijacked listings, unauthorized sellers, and compliance escalations.
  • Set up and maintain SKUs, pricing, and images across platforms.
  • Ensure stock accuracy, fill rates, and low OOS through close coordination with supply chain.
  • Execute promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives to drive sales.
  • Track platform analytics: velocity, campaign ROI, search visibility, and share reports with leadership.
  • Partner with supply chain for demand planning and inventory allocation across channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing for launches, promos, and brand campaigns.
  • Maintain clean, updated SKU data (barcodes, MRPs, product details) across systems.
