Senior E-Commerce QA Lead

We're seeking a seasoned E-commerce Quality Assurance expert to lead our testing initiatives.

  • Oversee quality assurance and automation processes for large-scale e-commerce projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive automated testing frameworks using Selenium, catering to both web and mobile applications.
  • Manage QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform in-depth performance testing using JMeter to pinpoint bottlenecks and optimize system responsiveness.
  • Cross-browser and cross-device testing are crucial aspects of this role, utilizing tools like BrowserStack to ensure a flawless user experience.
  • Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman, verifying the accuracy and reliability of APIs.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Effectively manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration (CI), driving process improvements and reducing costs.
  • Mentor and train QA team members on cutting-edge tools, processes, and automation frameworks, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Document test cases, test plans, and automation scripts comprehensively, ensuring transparency and ease of maintenance.
