Site Store Operations Manager

This position involves managing all site store functions and reporting to a head of stores for operational purposes and a project manager for administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include receiving materials, processing approvals, storing items properly, and issuing them to project sites while maintaining accurate records.
Physical stocktaking of fixed assets is also required at the end of each month.
Maintenance of material balances in coordination with planning engineers and submission of reports to headquarters are essential duties.
Material receipt notes must be arranged for the accounts department on a daily basis.
Timely preparation of necessary information for finalizing accounts and addressing audit observations is crucial.
Rejected materials should be returned to suppliers as advised by the purchase department.
Candidate profile
- Suitable candidates should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in civil or structural engineering.
- Proficiency in SAP MM module knowledge and effective communication skills are highly desirable.
