Job Title:

Strategic Social Media Manager


Job Description:

As a senior social media leader, you will own the P&L of social media across all brands, driving brand visibility, community reach, and measurable revenue via Instagram, YouTube, X, and new platforms.

You will develop 90-day growth roadmaps, building viral campaigns and storytelling hooks tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments.

  • Manage designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align social with revenue, brand, and employer branding.
  • Continuously experiment with formats, tools, and platforms, scaling only what drives revenue + reach.

Lead the social growth engine of a leading astrology ecosystem, directing visibility with CEO/Founder and CXO team.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of social media professionals to ensure consistent high-quality content.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve social media performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in high-growth consumer brands, proven track record of growing accounts 100k to 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social.

A strong grip on paid + organic integration (ads, influencer collabs, affiliate tie-ins) is essential, as well as analytical and creative skills with Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, Ads + killer instincts for viral hooks.

Passion for spirituality/astrology or openness to immerse in the category is a plus. If you're a strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling, positioning, and community engagement skills, we'd love to hear from you.
