We seek an experienced engineer who can design and implement scalable observability platforms across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building robust observability solutions, driving adoption of APM tooling, and integrating synthetic monitoring into modern service architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy secure, resilient synthetic monitoring platforms for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Promote Dynatrace APM adoption through standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Define onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • Integrate multiple observability tools to deliver unified insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions as needed.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability standards for synthetic monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.
  • Partner with security teams on compliance, threat detection, and governance related to monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and synthetic monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
