This is a unique chance to apply your skills and experience in platform engineering, SRE, and cloud computing to drive operational excellence in financial systems. You will be responsible for designing and operating scalable, secure, and reliable platforms that meet the needs of our business.

As a Platform Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, automate tasks, and develop tooling and scripts to enhance efficiency and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Linux/Windows environments, AWS services, automation, and scripting. They are also proficient in monitoring/observability tools, have excellent troubleshooting skills, and are familiar with incident, problem, and change management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and operate scalable, secure, and reliable platforms
  • Apply SRE principles to improve system performance and resilience
  • Automate operational tasks and develop tooling and scripts
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years in platform engineering within financial services or capital markets
  • Strong SRE experience focused on automation, observability, and resilience
  • Expertise in Linux/Windows environments and AWS services
  • Proficiency in monitoring/observability tools and scripting languages
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and familiarity with incident, problem, and change management frameworks
