Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized guidance to students to enhance performance and confidence.

Establish a structured shooting curriculum integrated with the school's sports vision. Promote shooting as a sport of focus, discipline, and concentration.

  • Coordinate with management for event participation and talent promotion.
  • Ensure inclusivity, encouraging both recreational and competitive participation.

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols at all times. Oversee the maintenance of the shooting range, equipment, and accessories.

  • Train students in responsible use and care of equipment.
  • Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress.

Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school, and external shooting competitions.

  • Organize shooting events, demonstrations, and awareness programs.

Stay updated with the latest techniques, technologies, and regulations in shooting sports.

  • Network with federations, academies, and sports bodies to expand opportunities.
