Head of Creative Leadership

As a seasoned creative leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that align with company goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth through creative campaigns and initiatives.
  • Leading the creative team in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and producing visual content for campaigns, marketing materials, and other projects.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Overseeing the design and production process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Mentoring, guiding, and managing a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in design or creative leadership roles, with significant experience in B2B SaaS or tech-driven companies.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in website UI/UX, product videos, case studies, award entry videos, and ad mock-ups.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, and AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, or Adobe Firefly.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale creative teams of 10-15 people.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical products into clear, visually compelling narratives.
  • Fast learner with a knack for working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design implementation and experience with SaaS product marketing.
