Chief Fundraising Officer

To excel as a Chief Fundraising Officer, you will develop and implement strategic partnerships to drive long-term growth. This involves cultivating relationships with corporate leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and international foundations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective funders and partners, analyzing market trends and data to identify opportunities.
  • Develop and execute projects to engage internal stakeholders and create co-creative project ideas for fundraising across different initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish effective communication channels and ensure seamless execution of fundraising efforts.
  • Identify, engage, and build strategic relationships with target funder groups; develop and implement strategies for the same.
Educational Qualifications and Experience Required
  • A Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or Economics is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in B2B sales or non-profit fundraising, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Association with philanthropy and fundraising is an asset.
