- Assess legacy systems, formulate effective migration strategies, maintain data integrity and ensure seamless business continuity.
- Design and implement robust ETL workflows for efficient data migration.
- Manage large-scale datasets, including data mapping, validation, cleansing and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects and key stakeholders to gather and interpret migration requirements.
- Utilize tools such as PLMXML, TCXML, ITK, SOA, Java and Python to automate and streamline migration activities.
- Perform thorough pre- and post-migration testing, handle error resolution and implement performance tuning measures.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation covering migration methodologies, best practices and technical solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 3+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM data migration projects.
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA), PLMXML and TCXML formats, ITK, SOA, Java and/or Python scripting for migration automation, data validation, cleansing and reconciliation techniques.
- Proven ability to execute complex high-volume Teamcenter migrations successfully.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver results within tight deadlines.
