About the Role: AI/ML Engineer

You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing intelligent systems that power our agentic marketing platform. You'll work on challenging problems at the intersection of applied machine learning, generative AI, and large-scale data systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, training, and fine-tuning ML models for tasks such as campaign optimization, audience prediction, and creative generation.
  • Building and scaling AI agents that can reason, plan, and autonomously execute marketing workflows.
  • Architecting scalable data pipelines, integrating vector databases, and experimenting with RAG.
  • Deploying models and agents in production environments using cloud platforms and observability tools.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-first solutions.
