Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, versatile, collaborative and detail-oriented professional to support our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) global users. As part of a highly collaborative team, you will be passionate about finding rapid and long-term solutions to ensure the best experience for lab users and drive strategic results.

This position is responsible for supporting the timely development of master data within LIMS with accuracy and precision. This includes interfacing with multiple groups, independently performing tasks, interpreting results, and troubleshooting. Additionally, when needed, this role will assist with training and support LIMS questions during routine QC operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in pharma/biotech
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated environment
  • Understanding of laboratory experience with various analytical techniques, e.g. HPLC
  • Previous experience with Global Regulatory and GxP requirements
  • Experience with following systems: LIMS (Labvantage 8.7), eQMS and document management
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Strong written, oral and presentation experience with ability to break down technical concepts into business-facing language
