Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance professional to join our team.

This role involves developing and implementing detailed test plans to ensure the quality and performance of software products.

  • Develop and complete comprehensive test plans for backend systems, focusing on RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with engineering teams to resolve them.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Test Planning: Create and execute detailed test plans to guarantee software quality and performance.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  3. Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for backend systems, focusing on RESTful APIs.
  4. Analysis and Resolution: Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with engineering teams to resolve them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on backend automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GIT, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in testing RESTful APIs and familiarity with various testing tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of writing test plans for end-to-end workflows for SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with test methodologies like functional, black box, grey box, integration, and performance testing.
  • Experience with end-to-end test management and ability to work independently.
