The Franchise Development Manager role is designed to expand our franchise network by identifying, pitching, and onboarding new partners. This position requires a strategic and proactive individual who can develop strong relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Network Expansion:
    • Identify potential franchise partners and approach them with customized pitches.
    • Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements to onboard new partners.
  • Pitching and Sales:
    • Develop tailored sales strategies to secure franchise deals.
    • Conduct meetings and presentations to address inquiries and concerns from potential partners.
  • Onboarding and Integration:
    • Act as the single point of contact for new franchise partners during the onboarding phase.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and handover of the franchise to local management.
  • Market Analysis and Lead Generation:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and industry trends.
    • Build a pipeline of prospective franchise partners and maintain accurate tracking of all deals.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
    • Represent our brand values and business ethics in all interactions with industry stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Strategy:
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on franchise acquisition progress and challenges.
    • Contribute to the development of strategies for franchise growth based on market feedback.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

• In-depth understanding of franchise models and motivations of potential franchisees.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in franchise sales, development, and management in the retail sector.

• Proven track record of developing master-franchisees or direct franchisees across various cities.

• Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements.
