Product Designer Lead

We're seeking a Product Designer Lead to join our team and contribute to the design of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing complex user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers.

  1. About the Role

    The Product Designer Lead will be responsible for defining the strategy and vision for integrating new AI-driven features into the platform. This includes leading the design process from concept to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and behaviors.

    This is an L3 role (Lead Product Designer) that offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven solutions within the platform. In this role, you are expected to supervise/mentor other product designers.

  2. Key Responsibilities
    • Design intuitive, engaging experiences that help revenue teams succeed.
    • Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows, insights, and actions seamlessly across multiple touchpoints in the product experience.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers.
    • Mentor and partner with junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
  3. Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you'll need:

    • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, particularly with designing AI products.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
    • Demonstrate systems thinking that connects individual data visualizations to create a coherent, end-to-end experience.
    • Strategically build consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
    • Manage project expectations through appropriate visibility, negotiating scope and timelines to preserve design integrity while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools like Bolt. Experience with front-end tech stacks is a plus.
