Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer

Role Summary:

The Chief Information Security Officer will be responsible for leading the organization's information security strategy, protecting its assets from internal and external threats.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive security framework that aligns with regulatory requirements, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational data.
  • Implement performance optimization techniques to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Identify and assess potential security and performance risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Lead the development and implementation of security policies and procedures, conducting regular security assessments and vulnerability tests to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of information security best practices, including encryption methods, access controls, and secure coding principles.
  • Expertise in performance tuning and optimization techniques for large-scale systems and applications.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Proven experience in identifying and assessing security and performance risks, developing effective mitigation strategies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM are advantageous. A minimum of 8 years of experience in complex IT systems development and implementation projects is required.
