We are seeking a seasoned Automation Expert to spearhead the development of high-quality automated test frameworks and tools, enhancing our quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative automated testing solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, driving results-oriented solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and their practical application within our organization.
  • Plan and execute change management initiatives through a structured process, minimizing disruptions to our business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in programming languages like JavaScript, applying them to automate testing and other quality assurance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development and testing, with a focus on automation and cloud technologies.
  • A proven track record of success in developing and implementing automated test frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think creatively and outside the box.
