As a core member of our QA team, you will work on creating and designing application testing processes, developing automated testing, and advising best practices throughout the development process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing robust automation frameworks
  • Developing and maintaining automated test cases as part of comprehensive test suites
  • Integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable regression coverage and faster release cycles
  • Mentoring and guiding automation engineers to ensure high-quality delivery and best practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience as an SDET Lead / Automation Engineer, specialising in test automation frameworks within the JavaScript ecosystem
  • Strong hands-on skills in designing, building, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, with a deep understanding of software testing principles, debugging, and defect reporting
  • Experience in Agile frameworks, regression testing, and continuous quality improvement practices
  • Leadership background in mentoring, guiding, and uplifting automation engineers
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
