Health Optimization Lead

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead health optimization strategies at our center.

About the Role

You will interpret diagnostics, oversee treatment protocols, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable, safe, and effective health outcomes.

  • Conduct patient consultations—both in-person and virtual
  • Design and approve personalized wellness plans
  • Interpret results from blood tests, gut microbiome panels, and wearables
  • Supervise clinical activities, guide nursing staff, and maintain compliance
  • Provide medical inputs, clinical validation, and real-world case scenarios to our development teams working on internal tools and analytics
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, documentation, and regulatory adherence
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create educational content during non-clinical hours
  • Be confident facing the camera and act as a brand ambassador in digital and community outreach
  • Stay updated on innovations in preventive care
  • Build relationships with industry experts and participate in events and discussions
