Customer Experience Champion

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Executive to join our team.

  • Deliver exceptional support, advocate for customers, and dive into problem-solving.
  • Analyze product issues, report insights, and update internal systems with customer feedback.
  • Collaborate, innovate, and communicate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality responses to every customer query.
  • Tune in to customer needs and guide them through feature usage.
  • Analyze and report product issues by exploring different scenarios or stepping into the customer's shoes.
  • Regularly update internal systems with insights from technical issues and valuable customer conversations.
  • Collaborate and innovate by sharing feature requests and clever workarounds with the team.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities as soon as they're available.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure everything is running smoothly on their end.
  • Collect feedback directly from customers and share these insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bring Your Experience: Have at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Versatile Support: Ready to tackle it all? You'll be handling calls, chats, and emails.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: We're all about our customers—you should be too.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with help desk software and remote support tools?
  • Communication Pro: Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
