IT Service Management Architect

About this role: Our client seeks a seasoned IT service management architect to design, implement, and customize ITSM platforms.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver applications in a fast-paced agile project environment. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing ITSM solutions using various tools, collaborating with business stakeholders, participating in discussions with business analysts, configuring and customizing ITSM applications, providing integration to other applications, ensuring tool configuration consistency, and identifying system deficiencies.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in ITSM tool architecture and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Cherwell, ServiceNow, and FreshService.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and scrum frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
