Job Overview

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client support across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding and account maintenance to offboarding.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience.

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including collection and verification of documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely account setup and activation.
  • Handle client requests for account maintenance (updates/modifications).
  • Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support offboarding activities, including account closures and data archiving.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues within Service Level Agreement timelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare Management Information Systems reports and audit documentation as required.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.
Essential Requirements
  • Graduate (Commerce/Accountancy preferred) – Essential
  • MBA Finance – Desired
Key Skills & Abilities
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, account maintenance, and offboarding within Treasury or related domains.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on timelines.
  • Certification in Treasury Client Lifecycle Management – Preferred.
