Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analog Design Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative Tier 1 custom ICs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead complex analog circuits or projects with multiple cross-functional engineers
  • Manage design workloads, delegate tasks and drive project success
  • Deliver accurate aggressive yet attainable design schedules to stakeholders
  • Anticipate and highlight risks in the design schedule during the planning phase
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Theoretical background and practical experience in mixed-signal IC design
  • Proficiency in analysis transistor level design and system implementation of basic analog functions including amplifiers bandgaps comparators LDOs charge pumps ADC DACs or switching regulators
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor IC processing semiconductor packaging and production test solutions
  • Familiarity with advanced IC CAD tools including top-down methodologies
  • Expertise in BCD process technologies
