Project Director Role

We are seeking a results-driven and organized Project Director to oversee and manage end-to-end project activities within our modular furniture manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of client orders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. They will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with interior designers, architects, and clients to finalize design concepts.
  • Ensuring design specifications align with client requirements and budget.
  • Overseeing the development of technical drawings and documentation.
  • Establishing and monitoring project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Approving procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Negotiating contracts and terms with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinating delivery schedules and installation processes to meet client deadlines.
  • Supervising on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Maintaining transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A good understanding of steel structures and furniture concepts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
