Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving and achieving business goals, including registrations, expense management, customer satisfaction, managing customer feedback, planning and executing BTL activities to generate leads, conducting seminars inside colleges/community centers, providing ongoing training and support, planning shift timings/rosters, team management, coordinating floor management, implementing innovative strategies, handling difficult customers, reviewing lead follow-ups, closure of leads, dispositions, and effective team leadership.
Key Qualifications:
Overseeing the center's infrastructure upkeep, ensuring timely reporting of data, management information systems (MIS), and accounts. Leading by example, with a strong focus on results-driven performance and continuous improvement.
