Job Title:
Oracle Cloud Expert Consultant

Overview:
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team. This is a critical role in delivering managed services for our clients using Oracle Cloud infrastructure and solutions. Our ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle ERP/HCM, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. The job involves supporting the managed services team, resolving client issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the managed services team in delivering high-quality service to our clients.
  • Resolve client issues and provide timely support to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.


Technical Requirements:
  • Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests related to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Proficiency in managing and configuring OCI services, including compute, storage, networking, and database services.
  • Expertise in Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle modules, including Fast Formulas.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for querying and manipulating data in Oracle databases.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle services or similar roles.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM or EPM modules and functionalities.
  • At least one Oracle certification (level 2 support).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
