Job Title: SAP Quality Management Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and optimize quality management processes across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of quality management principles, including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document quality management processes to identify improvement opportunities aligned with SAP QM functionality.
  • Configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in production, procurement, logistics, and IT to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and provide user training and documentation to support successful adoption of QM processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM functional and technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to quality operations.
  • Participate in SAP projects including implementations, rollouts, and upgrades with a focus on QM functionality and process integration.
  • Support integration between QM and other SAP modules to ensure consistent and accurate quality-related data flows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles.
  • Experience configuring quality control processes such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
  • Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM, PP, and PM.
  • Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments related to QM.
