Job Title: SAP Practice Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SAP SCM practice.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing a team of SAP professionals, and fostering relationships with clients to transform their business processes.

The role involves:

  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversight of SAP practice operations in MM/WM
    • Planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects
    • Leading, mentoring, and building a team of SAP consultants and specialists
  • Strategy and Development
    • Developing and implementing practice growth strategies aligned with company objectives
    • Identifying market trends and emerging needs to enhance service offerings
  • Client Engagement and Delivery
    • Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction through quality delivery
    • Acting as a senior point of contact and escalation for client issues
  • Business Development
    • Supporting sales teams in pre-sales activities
    • Participating in business development presentations and client meetings as needed
  • Financial Management
    • Managing the SAP practice budget, including forecasting, allocation, and utilization

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Proven experience (typically 12+ years) in SAP MM consulting/project management or consulting
  • Deep understanding of SAP S4 products and solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
