Sales Operations Analytics Expert

As a seasoned Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
  • Business Insights & Recommendations: Analyze sales data, market trends, and workflows to pinpoint opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth. Present clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Forecasting Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting.
  • Data Infrastructure: Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely, data-driven insights for critical decisions.
