Strategic Relationship Manager

We seek an exceptional Strategic Relationship Manager to ensure the success of our clients' projects and deliverables.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing strategic consulting services to clients, delivering insights and solutions that drive business growth.
  2. Supporting Business Relationship Managers in developing strategies to meet client business objectives.
  3. Managing global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market and landscape analysis, competitor insights, and identification of KOLs, pricing experts, and community leaders.
  4. Supervising Local HCP targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses.
  5. Assisting in pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including SOW preparation and participation in sales meetings.
  6. Creating project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials.
  7. Identifying and scheduling project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  8. Collaborating with client teams to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using our platform.
  9. Liaising with internal support teams.
  10. Preparing client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports.
  11. Developing and maintaining project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites.
  12. Ensuring medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
  13. Providing strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.
  3. Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel), project management software, word processing software (e.g., Word), email software (e.g., Outlook), and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
