Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to play a pivotal role in supporting our company's digital transformation strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for AI, automation, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, creativity, and the ability to effectively communicate technical ideas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore and test new technologies, including AI, RPA, BPA, and digital tools, to recommend practical applications across different departments.
  • Support implementation and roll-outs of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Create engaging digital training materials, such as short videos, tutorials, and guides, to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge to help staff adopt new tools with confidence.
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to identify critical digital skills and develop appropriate training resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms, such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Experience using AI tools and agents, such as ChatGPT or copilots.
  • Digital content creation skills, including the ability to create training videos and engaging digital learning material.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with resilience and a sense of urgency to find practical effective solutions.
