Lead Data Visualization Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented data visualization specialist to join our creative team as part of the new in-house Creative Studio. This role will be responsible for transforming complex data into compelling, visually engaging graphics that effectively communicate insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design clear, engaging, and informative data visualizations for digital and print platforms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the company to understand data objectives and storytelling needs.
  • Develop static, interactive, and animated visualizations that enhance content strategy and engagement.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in data representation, adhering to best practices in visual storytelling.
  • Optimize graphics for various media, including websites, presentations, reports, and social media.
  • Maintain and evolve a cohesive visual style and brand consistency across all data-driven content.
  • Collaborate with designers to create interactive data visual experiences where applicable.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing data visualizations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data storytelling, layout design, and typography.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into visually compelling narratives.
  • Experience working with corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
