Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our organization in a critical role within Employee Health and Benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Group Mediclaim, Group Terms, or General Insurance, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing clients and develop new relationships through effective relationship management
  • Study client portfolios and provide risk management advice to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Negotiate better terms with insurers and maintain 100% client retention through proactive account management
  • Prepare proposals for client presentations and assist with roadshows to drive business growth
  • Engage with clients for Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys to measure performance
  • Book and invoice business on time to ensure seamless operations
  • Cross-sell other non-EB portfolios through collaboration with internal stakeholders to increase revenue streams
  • Interact with insurance markets and source solutions for clients to meet their needs
  • Ensure timely policy issuance and renewal tracking to minimize delays
  • Provide assistance with claims queries to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in community, school, or college leadership roles
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Domain knowledge of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients to deliver tailored solutions
