Creative Director

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Creative Director to lead our creative team in Mumbai. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in creative direction, brand management, and team collaboration to drive exceptional brand storytelling and visual aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with brand goals, ensuring consistency in storytelling and brand voice across all channels.
- Lead the creative process from concept to completion, overseeing campaign development, design, and production to ensure high-quality output.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Maintain cohesive and compelling visual and messaging strategies across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand their vision and bring creative ideas to life that meet their objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to keep the brand ahead in the market.
- Oversight project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
- Minimum of 6 years in a creative direction or management role within a relevant industry (advertising, media, marketing).
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.), and a strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, campaigns, and branding work.
- Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams, with strong organizational and mentoring skills.
- Able to translate business goals into creative strategies that engage and resonate with the target audience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Competitive salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum.
