Main Responsibilities:- Create and implement inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products, driving effective implementation of quality standards across the organization.
- Maintain process control in EMS and lead continuous improvement of quality performance through data-driven insights and team collaboration.
- Collect and analyze quality data to inform strategic decisions, organizing teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions that drive tangible results.
- Utilize the Failure Analysis process to investigate customer returns, submitting 8D reports with effective problem-solving solutions.
- Ensure seamless execution of customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits, driving timely closure of identified issues through collaborative efforts.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Native English speaker with strong proficiency in Chinese language skills a significant plus.
- Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system principles.
- Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
