Vitelco is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Reporting and Analytics Expert. This role will play a vital part in helping us achieve our goal of delivering comprehensive, flexible, and value-added solutions to our clients.

This job involves analyzing data from various sources, preparing reports, and conducting analyses related to campaign performance and customer lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing reports and insights that inform business decisions
  • Creating dashboards and publishing performance summaries
  • Measuring campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Providing recommendations to improve customer experience and develop campaign strategies

To be successful in this position, you should have at least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector with a focus on the customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence. A Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field is also required.

In addition to technical skills, you should possess strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of campaign metrics, customer lifecycle management, and campaign performance concepts is also essential.
