Production Management Opportunity

The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate all activities within the production process.

Key responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, managing teams and resources, and driving workflows to achieve production targets in a safe and compliant manner.

Specific duties include:

  • Planning, organizing, and scheduling production activities to meet business goals and deadlines;
  • Managing resources, time, and manpower effectively to optimize production output;
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency;
  • Leading, mentoring, and supervising the production team to ensure high performance and accountability;
  • Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges and minimize downtime;
  • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments for smooth operations;
  • Preparing, monitoring, and analyzing production MIS reports to support decision-making;
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements;
  • Delivering clear and effective presentations and communication to stakeholders;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and ensuring workplace adherence.

Required qualifications and experience include:

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in production management;
  • B.E. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering;
  • Experience in a similar industry preferred;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in production planning, team management, and process optimization.
