About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with expertise in Angular to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building high-performance web applications. You will work closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining the complete user interface using JavaScript and React ecosystem (React, Redux, ClayUI and related libraries). This includes building interactive user forms, data listings, filters, and other UI components.
  • Integrating frontend components into Liferay CE platform.
  • Connecting frontend to services by working with REST API clients. Our APIs are well-documented with OpenAPI specification to enable seamless integration with backend systems.
  • Collaborating with backend team to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and React framework.
  • Experience with REST APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications. Knowledge of GraphQL is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of GitOps, including managing infrastructure changes via pull requests.
  • Daily use of Docker for local development with docker compose.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes from a user perspective.
  • Ability to read and understand Jenkins pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of OpenSearch (Elasticsearch) is a plus—you should be able to query data and troubleshoot errors via the GUI.
  • Experience with Liferay CE and Java is a major advantage.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
