Senior Frontend Web Developer

Location: India (Remote)

Moksha AI is seeking an exceptional Senior Frontend Web Developer to join our growing engineering team. This is a senior-level position focused on building world-class user interfaces and leading frontend architecture decisions. You'll work on cutting-edge AI products while mentoring junior developers and establishing technical standards for our frontend stack.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Frontend Expertise (Must Have) :

- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience

- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

- Deep experience with React.js and Next.js for production applications

- Strong understanding of modern CSS frameworks, particularly TailwindCSS

- Experience with state management solutions like Redux or Zustand

Additional Technical Skills (3+ Required) :

- Frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack)

- Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright)

- API integration (REST, GraphQL, tRPC)

- Version control with Git and collaborative development workflows

- CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes

- Performance optimization and web vitals

- Accessibility standards (WCAG) and semantic HTML

- Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Vercel, AWS)

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Proven track record of mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives

- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Experience working in agile development environments

- Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development & Architecture :

- Design and develop sophisticated, responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies

- Lead frontend architectural decisions and establish coding standards and best practices

- Build reusable component libraries and design systems for scalable development

- Optimize applications for maximum performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems

Technical Leadership :

- Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance

- Drive technical decisions around frontend tooling, frameworks, and development workflows

- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences

- Evaluate and recommend new frontend technologies and development practices

- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex frontend issues and performance bottlenecks

Quality & Delivery :

- Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

- Participate in technical planning and provide accurate project estimates

- Ensure code quality through rigorous review processes and automated testing

- Stay current with frontend trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
